Cave City KY
Went to the visitor center while Claudette had a business call. Booked cave tours, one for each of the next two days. Tours were sold out for today. Holds the record for longest cave in the world, with over 400 miles of surveyed passages over several levels. Looking forward to the tours.
Claudette’s 2 Cents: I’m really glad that Bernard took the time to check out what was available as tours. Working while traveling can be a challenge, but so far, we’ve been able to manage it well. It’s true that we’re still in the holiday period. Hopefully, it will continue to go well.
The internet is awesome here – so important for me since I have several Zoom meetings this week.
We’re here for 3 days and should be fun. Although it’s really cold here (26F) we still used our Blackstone to grill our sausages for dinner. A bit of a challenge with the cold but we managed. Off to bed early.
