This was planned to be our final stop before getting home on October 31st. However, we amended our journey to join Sebastien’s family and friends for their annual “friendsgiving” camping reunion. So we ended up staying here for 2 nights. I-81 is the preferred road for Canadian “snowbirds” driving down to go spend the harshest part of Canadian winter in Florida. Sure enough, compared to the earlier part of our journey, where very few RVs were on the road, this time, we saw lots of RVs, most of them with Quebec or Ontario plates working their way down south. Our campsite was a “premium patio” site. We normally don’t pay extra for that category of site, but this time it worked out well.
