Our campground is located halfway between Cape May and Wildwood, so today we visited both places.
We started off visiting Wildwood, where we walked on both the beach and the boardwalk. We are impressed by the size of the beach compared to most other places.
There is no doubt that we are traveling off-season, as about half the storefronts along the boardwalk are closed for the season.
Then we had lunch on the boardwalk, with a table facing the ocean (limited off-season food menu). After our meal, a kind local offered to take a picture of both of us
We headed back to our RV mid-afternoon, then headed to “sunset beach” in Cape May, to watch what the name of the beach suggests…
