on our fist full day in Petaluma, we had the visit of Sharona, a business acquaintance of Claudette, who she has been talking to on a regular basis for several years. This was their first in-person meeting.
The following two days, we visited wineries, and this is covered in a separate post.
We extended our stay an additional day, so that we could drive to UCSF in San Francisco for a medical appointment for Bernard. My voice prosthesis had become leaky, and every time I would drink any liquid, some of it would go through my prosthesis and leak into my lungs, causing me to cough. We had envisioned that this might be required at some point during our trip, and now this has been taken care of.
