We are having dinner at BarkCamp State Park, Ohio, which we arrived at earlier today. Suddenly, i notice from the picnic table a problem with the RV suspension. The bolt that attaches the right side rear axle leaf spring to the frame bracket behind the axle is missing!
So we are not moving until that gets fixed (I gave the state park a heads-up that I will possibly miss our checkout – they book by site number and someone is scheduled to move into our site on our departure day)
Note to self: In a way, we got lucky that we had an unlevel site, because the right front wheel is slightly off the ground, but the rear wheel touching the ground and exposing the gap between the frame bracket and the leaf spring, as show in this picture…
