Our passports are being renewed, so crossing the border to the Canadian side was out of the question. This was an opportunity to visit the falls on the US side. The Canadian side has a better reputation for a frontal view of the falls. The US side offer what is more of a sideways view. Nevertheless, it is fascinating to see the raging river flow down towards the falls and then see all that water disappear over the falls.
