Today, we drove to Macedon, NY to a campground that backs off on the Erie Canal, which connects lake Ontario to Lake Erie. While it is definitely a canal, it is much smaller than I was expecting, and just wide enough for recreational boats. Today was really hot, and we spent most of the afternoon at the campground’s pool. While at the campground, we had the visit of a colleague who Claudette works with for her Stepmom magazine articles.
