Twice a year, we come to Myrtle Beach to spend at least two week in our RV and work while looking at the ocean. I mean, that’s living, isn’t it?
It’s been a tradition of ours now for the past 5 years where we come to Ocean Lakes Campground and enjoy the wonderful salty and breezy air while we talk our daily walks on the beach and work.
We reserve our spot 18 months in advance just so we can have the spaces we really want. I mean, I understand this is really picky but if you could choose between seeing the side of your neighbor’s RV and see the ocean, what would you do? We picked the ocean.
This time though, as we left Myrtle Beach and headed back to Virginia, the feeling was different. We weren’t packing up to put our things away for the winter. We were just making sure that everything was secure so that nothing would be moving, or get thrown around on our drive “home”.
This time, is different because we know that we are still continuing our RV journey and it’s just the beginning.
